Everyone at Taft Tire wants to make sure that we do the best we can to help prevent the spread of this virus. We are limiting the number of people to 1 person per vehicle to come in, either if you are "waiting" or dropping off. Depending on how things go in the days and weeks to come, we may have to come up with an alternative way of doing the write up process. We understand that this may be an inconvenience to some, and we do apologize, but the health of our customers and employees come first. We want to thank all of our great community and customers for the continued support, and we look forward for things to get back to normal. Lets all try and be proactive about this and hopefully it will pass quickly. PLEASE SHARE this so word gets around about our temporary changes.
Below is a statement that we posted on our front door and in the office last week.

"Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), Taft Tire Service may be making adjustments to the way we work. Our business hours may change due to local government suggestions or requirements. During this time, we will continue to be a phone call or an email away. While this situation is new to all of us, you can continue to count on us for your service needs. We have been doing our best to stay up to date on the information regarding the COVID-19 virus.
Please call for your tire or service needs at (931)425-0007, if you do not get an answer, please leave us a message and will return your call as soon as possible. If email is easier you can contact us at: [email protected] or [email protected] or through our website www.tafttireservice.com.
We kindly ask you to work with us to decrease the spread of the Coronavirus by doing the following:
1. Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer after contact with other individuals.
2. Always cover your cough or sneeze with tissue or your elbow.
3. If you have a fever or a cough, PLEASE RESCHEDULE your appointment.
4. If you have been in contact with anyone with a fever or cough, PLEASE RESCHEDULE your appointment.
5. If you or anyone in your household has traveled to any high-risk areas in the last 3 weeks, PLEASE RESCHEDULE your appointment.
6. Please refrain from bringing extra family members or friends to your appointments.
We are taking this situation very seriously and are taking every precaution. We ask that you do the same. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."
